Judy Hooper
My name is Judy, nice to meet you! I began my career in the airline industry about 25 years ago. I have worked for Odyssey International, Nationair, Air Transat, Skyservice, Sporthawk, Air Canada Express: Sky Regional, and Porter. My career began in the charter flying market as a Flight Attendant, quickly followed by the role of Customer Service Manager on board the aircraft. Within the industry, I have been lucky enough to work in various positions such as management of Flight Attendant Recruiting, Initial Training of new Flight Attendants, Human Resources of inflight, and of course and Inflight Customer Service Manager. The Airline Industry has led me on a new path in the last five years and I am absolutely loving it. I am a professor in the School of Business, Flight Services: Operations and Cabin Management at Seneca College. Teaching and mentoring has been so rewarding. A great quote by Brian Herbert is: βThe capacity to learn is a gift, the ability to learn is a skill, and the willingness to learn is a choice.β
