More than 30 years working in Canadian aviation has provided me with the privilege of learning so many areas of this fascinating business!  Having spent time at Air Canada, Canadian Airlines, Canada 3000 and most recently Air Transat, I can’t imagine doing anything else! 

My travel journey and experiences have included working as a Flight Attendant, Passenger Agent, Airport Supervisor, Ramp Coordinator, Baggage Supervisor, Customer Service Representative, Trainer, Training and Development Manager, Ground Services Manager, Manager of Accessibility and Automation, and Director of Airport Experience.  I am also a qualified Lead Safety Auditor under IATA’s ISAGO Ground safety program, which has taken me around the globe performing audits, from Capetown to Warsaw to Puerto Vallarta.  My last adventure was helping a small ground handler on the island of Vanuatu in the South Pacific prepare for their safety audit!

Being able to share my experiences with the students of the flights program is the icing on the cake.
