I have been employed in the airline industry since 1997 where I worked for several airlines as a Flight Attendant, In-Charge Flight Attendant, Instructor, Developer, and Editor. In 2011, I was involved in the start-up of Sky Regional Airlines where I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of inflight safety. I have written Flight Attendant manuals and designed, coordinated, and delivered inflight training programs that support safety and service. As well, I have recruited, supervised, mentored, and coached Cabin Crew, managers, and inflight trainers. In addition to experience on corporate jets, commercial aircraft qualifications include: Bombardier Dash 8-Q400, Embraer 175 / 190, Airbus A319 / A320 / A321 / A330 / A340, Boeing 727 / 737 / 757 / 767 / 777. Since 2015, I have enjoyed being in front of the classroom where I can share my knowledge, experience, and passion for aviation safety with students at the college level.
