Ava Shum

Simply put, I enjoy people.  Every interaction is an opportunity for something special to happen! 

I graduated from the University of Toronto, and worked as a Flight Attendant with Cathay Pacific Airways for over thirteen years.  I gained extensive experience in international flight operations, customer service management, and safety procedures for flights carrying over 300 passengers and crew.  I’ve had the privilege of exploring countries and meeting new faces around the world including Australia, India, Egypt, France, China, Iceland, and South Africa. 

Interesting fact:  I do not know how to swim.  Which is why I’m thankful for life-jackets! 

When I’m not working I love spending time with family and friends, running, and cooking.
