I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Francis Xavier University, and completed several Sales and Marketing courses at York University. I have worked in the Airline Industry since 1999, beginning my career as a Flight Attendant at Air Canada in YYZ, and becoming a Service Director in 2004. I worked in the Training Department teaching Initial Training programs for new Flight Attendants as well as Service Director Leadership Programs and Annual Recurrent Training. I have worked in Training Program Design and have been involved in OnBoard Coaching as well as several PR/Ambassador events for the Airline.
