My name is Claire Phillips and it is safe to say that I have been in the Travel Industry all my life! I am following in my Father's footprints!

My own journey started as a Passenger Service Agent and led to positions such as Supervisor, Duty Manager, and more. My passion however has always been Training. I have been directly with airlines in my career and most recently Ground Handlers.

I am proud of my longevity within the industry and I hope it will be a sense of inspiration to those of you starting your own journeys. It will be my honour to help you get to your destination so buckle your seat belts!
