What you will do:

  • Manage and execute various activities to sustain cabin safety and operational efficiency for aircrafts based out of Toronto (YYZ).

  • Stock, prepare and organize commissary, maintaining the aircraft clean and tidy as required both at base and when away from base.

  • Arrange and confirm owner and/or client catering requirements for each flight using well vetted providers.

  • Act as a Flight Attendant on a Gulfstream G450 aircraft, providing a high level of service to the owner, their guests, and charter clients while ensuring the safety and comfort of each passenger during flight.

  • Deliver a detailed and tailored service on every occasion and be meticulous in the attention to detail onboard.

  • Confidently deliver a high-end dining experience onboard and be able to create menus according to owner and/or guest preferences.

  • Support Operational Staff and Account Managers in the planning phases of all flight itineraries to ensure all requirements are anticipated.

  • Take direction from all standards, protocols and procedures as defined by the Manager, Cabin Safety and Service and Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).

  • Maintain strict customer confidentiality and discretion.

 

What you bring:

  • High School Diploma required; college diploma or university degree is an asset.

  • Experience in private or commercial aviation as a Flight Attendant (First or Business Class cabin).

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in high-end client service in luxury sectors. 

  • Strong culinary and plating skills with ability to prepare meals while in flight.

  • Hold a valid passport with the ability to obtain Visas for entry requirements into various countries.

  • Valid First Aid Certificate (Level C).

  • Must be 19 years of age or older.

  • Valid Food Handling Training Certificate.

  • Have access to a car and hold a valid driver’s license.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to report for duty within 2 hours of a flight call out.
