Interview Clothing Shop Student (Part-Time) Seneca Works
Calling all Seneca students!
Are you interested in helping other students and grads find professional attire they can use to score their next interview or wear to their workplace?
We are looking for 3 students, from September to December (Fall 2023 term), to help us co-ordinate the operations of our shop!
Important Notes:
This role is part-time, in person, at Newnham Campus
Student working hours are between 5-15 hours per week (hours may vary from week to week)
Shop operating hours are 10 a.m. - 3p.m., Tuesdays-Thursdays
The role is from September to December (Fall 2023 term)
The Interview Clothing Shop:
The Interview Clothing Shop supports Seneca students and grads by providing free, gently-used donated clothing for free!
Students and grads in need of professional work clothing are encouraged to drop by the Interview Clothing Shop to look for available clothes, shoes and accessories that suit them.
Job Duties:
Sort through donated, gently used work/professional attire and accessories
Donate unsalvageable items
Co-ordinate donation drop-offs, maintain inventory, stock space and shop floor
Steam and spot treat clothing, prepare for visual display and/or stock
Keep shop clean and organized
Greet and answer student, staff questions/concerns
Create positive student experiences through exceptional customer service
Other duties and projects as assigned
Considered an asset: comfortable with creating and publishing social media posts/communications content to promote the Interview Clothing Shop
This role is not limited to School of Fashion students - any Seneca student that has an interest, knowledge and experience in fashion and styling is encouraged to apply!
